ios-sim does not support options of '--sdk' and '--family' since version 3. Instead, option '--devicetypeid' is used to specify the sdk and device type.
The change of this request will check the version of ios-sim and choose different options when calling ios-sim.
Also update the quit_simlator method to handle the new name of Simulator.
