Feature/update working with hybris 2011

Hi,

• I got the script working with the current hybris version.
• It uses csrf tokens and cookies.
• I also added the impex import
• I fixed the stdin
• setup script is not required any more (I do not want this)
• hac-completion is not tested

If you merge, please squash all commits.

I am really happy that this project still helps somebody. But I am not working with hybris anymore.
My problem is, that I can not really verify if the new and old version still work out.

Would you like to take over the repository and look after it? For me, it makes much more sense if this is done by somebody that actually does work with hybris.
