Adapted for 2018 of course. @ctb and/or @karenword please have a look because I am not sure of the content (or whether it should be actually part of the readthedocs)

  • tutorial resets working directory at beginning with a `cd ~/``
  • tutorial contains relevant conda install -y commands at the beginning
  • tutorial links to previous tutorial (at top) and next tutorial (at bottom)
  • tutorial has learning objectives at top
