It was previously failing to both be created correctly (outdated template code) and generate (command-line errors). Both eventualities are now tested for.

The command
flourish examplewas both erroring out and creating an out-of-date example that didn't generate. This should fix both, and adds tests to ensure it doesn't easily happen again.
