Add an hook after executing select-window-by-number

This just adds an hook after select-window-by-number. My use case is to use it with golden-ratio: after selecting the window, resize the current window.

I have two ways of doing this initially: first by remapping the 10 select-window-{n} which is bulky or by advising which gives me the creeps. So I think a simple hook would show more intention.
