Svelte requires a 5.0.0+ version of typescript, so updating to the most recent version.

This PR resolves this issue, not sure if I need to do anything to link the two. |

Although the TypeScript version specified in this repository is a bit old, I don't believe it needs to be updated solely to match Svelte's required version. |
