Summary
Add hasDoneRpc flag for obkv hbase scan. Only record RPC op count in client metrics to keep compatibility with native Hbase. In native Hbase, result gained from cache in Scan.next would not be recorded in Scan metrics, we adjust OBKV-HBase Scan metrics to align with it.
