By using Package Analysis / Feeds we can use the same charter for both. Does that makes sense?

Any concerns with the charter that stops us from approval?

I may need legal/OSPO sign-off to ensure the clause relating to data publishing is all above board, since the execution and storage of data is in a non-Linux Foundation/non-OpenSSF GCP project.
