add support for 43, sort applications

I'm using gnome 4.4 (with ubuntu 23.04). I only used this PR and updated the metadata.
The extension works fine, but the extension configuration has a small bug: when I select an application, the application just before in the list is actually selected, and the application that appears to be selected is not the same in the application drop down and in the shorcut title. Here is a screenshot to illustrate that:
