Now that we have people contributing to this PR, we should introduce some linting and formatting tools

Solution

• Introduce Biome.js, a modern linter that supports both linting, formatting, and other assistive tools
• Add pre-push git hooks - once installed, Biome will run before pushing your changes
• Add CI check to ensure code quality
