Change CRLF line endings to LF

Used the following two commands to change the line endings:

$ find . -not -type d -exec file "{}" ";" | grep CRLF | awk '{print substr($1, 1, length($1)-1)}' > file
$ for filename in $(cat file); do tr -d '\r' < "$filename" > "$filename.tmp" && mv "$filename.tmp" "$filename"; done
