…w option. This allows for some extendability if we want to add other configs in the future. Right now, only elk and dagre (default) appear to be supported for layouts, and there's no point bothering to print the config block for the default.

Adds support for the "elk" layout config in Mermaid flowcharts:

As there are other config options that may be requested in the future, I've implemented this to make it trivial to add 'em.
I've also resolved the
