Cache more things and compute it faster
Add the `BetaPrime` distribution. This is a conjugate prior for the $$\alpha$$ parameter of the compound distribution
$$u \sim \text{UnitPowerLaw}(\alpha)$$
$$s \sim \text{StickBreaking}(u)$$

Implmented Guassian ConjugatePrior for Ng and Nix for a few different X types. Added f16 support under the experimental flag.
