DO NOT MERGE - this is a POC/Demo
projectIdin the pasted project settings JSON with the currentprojectIdN.B. The text substitution part doesn't work due to attempting to call from ProjectSettingsService.java which is in the
webprotege-client, i.e. GWT library and I don't know enough of that GWT "black magic" to link to regular Java library code. I will be submitting another PR which only fixes the exception.
