Add Monaco-based Monza platform, based on iq-8275-evk/emmc (aka Monaco EVK or RB4). Only difference is that the size of the storage was adjusted to 63652757504 based on size on mmcblk0 on a Monaco EVK. This shouldn't really matter though, but seems closer.
