Fix a race condition in async middleware import.

@kellymears Could you take a look at this and release a new version. It is strange without the page it works with node 22.0.0, but not with the lates node version. The requests to compiled js and css file then get proxied to wordpress instead to be server from the webpack dev server and we can't use bud.js. |

Fix a race condition in async middleware import.
In my case the proxy middleware was loaded before the dev middleware.
