Removes Safenet from Developer Docs

Note

Removes the Safenet docs and navigation, cleans up references, and adds a redirect to the external Safenet repo.

• Docs:
  • Remove entire pages/safenet/** section and its subpages.
• Navigation:
  • Delete safenet entry from pages/_meta.json.
• Redirects:
  • Add "/safenet/:path*" -> "https://github.com/safe-fndn/safenet" in redirects.json.
• Content cleanup:
  • Remove SafeNet content/link from public/llms-ctx-full.txt and public/llms.txt.
• Styles/Vocabulary:
  • Remove Safenet from .github/styles/.../accept.txt.
