Creating explicit structures is better for avoiding argument order confusion, and the macro doesn't help much anyways for these longer audit calls.

This finally adds the audit log to Wikijump. This append-only ledger is used to memorialize mutable actions in order to enable platform staff to later ascertain the exact series of events in the event of malicious or accidental unwanted activity.

This PR only adds a few auditable events, not all of them. But it should be simple enough to add new events to the code.
