Registration seems to be broken in the master repository for iOS and the WindowsAzureMessaging library wasn't created with ENABLE_BITCODE.
This pull includes fixes for both of these issues and merges in the swizzler fixes suggested by @lamuertepeluda so the platform quirks are no longer needed.
