Short description

This PR adds the django-admin crossreference role. This allows users to add intersphinx cross reference to django admin commands like so:

:django-admin:`migrate`

Proposed changes

  • Add django-admin to the crossreference directive/role registration in roles.py
  • Add django-admin to the list of roles in the readme.
