feat: Enable swc_ast_unknown for wasm plugin

We need to configure swc_ast_unknown to ensure forward compatibility.

I haven't tested all the plugins yet, there maybe some unknown variants that need to be handled.

Because styled_jsx depends on swc_ecma_minifier, and it does not yet handle unknown variants, it cannot be compiled using swc_ast_unknown for the time being.
