This PRs allow the action to post all the notifications beyond the 50 limit imposed by the
checks.createAPI. By updating the excess of 50 in batches of 50 notifications.Additionally, it solves an issue in some xcresult files return with partial URLs (e.g. the
"url": "#CharacterLen=0") crashing the action and not providing any notification.
