A Code of Conduct, even for smaller projects like Tomighty is a helpful way to make clear to all that the project takes inclusion seriously and provides a framework for conflict resolution should it ever arise.
I've really enjoyed using Tomighty and would love to see the project take more steps like this to build upon the solid community that already exists.
