…rting to Jinja2 and adding notification subscribers. Add new capability of sending HTML reminders with the help of code adapted from TracHtmlNotificationPlugin.
…1.5.4 (Python 3.10). Also add some configuration flexibility with the notification subscriptions. Tested with Trac 1.5.4 on Ubuntu 22.04LTS (pre-release at this time).

Make some tweaks to how the navigation works, especially in getting back to the ticket reminders when adding or removing a reminder.

Although it could probably use more work, I have this version of the plugin working pretty well (though I have had limited testing time with it). I hope it can be of use. Let me know if there are some changes that need to be made to make it fit in better with the Trac ecosystem.
