The Knowledge Base team has created models in src/chigame/knowledge_base/models.py that have not yet been added to src/chigame/api/serializers.py. This issue will correct this gap. The following models will be added:

GeneralFeedback
Factories will also be created in the src/chigame/api/tests/factories.py
