This is a continuation of #40 to address further items to improve stream performance.

  • When the resident forwards a stream, it must forward to the final client id on the contract
  • Create multi-hop contracts
  • When a multi-hop contract is created, send StreamOpen to all clients on the contract
  • When all contracts for a stream id are closed, send StreamClose to all clients on the contract
