I can imagine situations where one might currently be consuming the underscore versions of keys, and want to introduce camelCase as the better/canonical way. Preserving the old keys while keeping the new can be a nice compatibility bridge to leave up for a while.
This PR adds the underscore version alongside the camelCase version via an option. There are associated updates to the README, and a passing test.
