feat(graph-layers): split style engine from stylesheet #321

Summary

split the generic StyleEngine and graph-specific GraphStyleEngine into dedicated modules with matching filenames
update GraphLayer, public exports, and consumers to use the new style-engine paths
rename the style engine unit test to reflect the new module naming

yarn test modules/graph-layers/test/style/style-engine.spec.ts (fails: Couldn't find the node_modules state file - running an install might help)
