fix: refine graph stylesheet attribute usage

Summary

• update graph stylesheet docs, upgrade notes, and examples to highlight the new stylesheet prop with declarative attribute references
• normalize edge styles around the lowercase edge type and expose renamed graph style scale types
• improve attribute reference handling with typed D3 scales and TSDoc, plus doc comments on deprecated GraphLayer props

Testing

• yarn workspace @deck.gl-community/graph-layers test (fails: vitest not available in this environment)
