Windows and macOS Binaries release 3 [updated]

This is an UPDATED BINARY PACKAGE for Windows and macOS systems.

Based on the v1.42-beta-255 source files, these were all compiled with Microsoft Visual Studio 2019
for the Windows platform, and with Apple Xcode for the macOS platform.

Included are executable binaries for the following systems:

Windows XP, Windows 7: x86 (32-bit)
Windows 7, 10, 11: x64 (64-bit)
Windows 8.1 (RT): ARM (32-bit)
Windows 10, 11: ARM64 (64-bit)
macOS 11.7.10 (Big Sur)
macOS 13.6.1 (Ventura)
macOS 14.1.1 (Sonoma)

Just unpack the ZIP file, set up environment variables as needed and go :)

Updated documentation is included in the doc/ and man/ folders.

Still no macOS "App" installer yet, sorry - working on it!
