Feature or Problem
End to end testing a local build of the operator currently requires repeated manual tasks. This slows you down and increases the difficulty of outside contributions.

Consumer Impact
The operator code was not changed. This will not affect the consumer.
Testing
Updated the makefile to support a proper setup and teardown of a KinD cluster with the required dependencies for the operator to work. Moreover, updated the way images can be built to support deploying a local build into the KinD cluster.
