[Bookings] Handle attendance_status for booking

Description

• Adds attendance status field to Booking readonly and Core Data model.
• Adds Core Data model version 129
• Adds Core Data migration info and test

The attendance status handling in Booking Details UI will be added in the following PR.

Steps to reproduce

Passing CI is enough. No testing required, but consider a sanity check run to make sure that app doesn't crash upon migrating.
