Introducing an abstract class
AbstrackRKHamiltonianfor mixed domain simulations. It has useful built-in structure that a user can leverage by subclassing. It's purpose is to lower the barrier to creating custom Hamiltonians.The default class
mixed.Hamiltoniannow subclasses this and can be used as an example.Also fixed a bug here that lets people use windowing again.
