mePageLoadingProvider has two options.

mePageLoadingProvider.autoPageLoading, whether the pageloading automatically show when$stateChange*or$routeChange*event trigger. Default totrue. If you set tofalse, you should callmePageLoading#showormePageLoading#hideto show or hide the animation.
mePageLoading.show([effectName]), show animation, you can specify which animation to show. If not specify, mePageLoading will use theeffectvalue set tomePageLoadingProvider. If no effectName is set tomePageLoadingProvider, the value israndom.mePageLoading.hide(), hide the current animation.
