Added support for reading and writing DPSPIN_TF data in NPY format.
e.g. data.to("dpspin_tf/npy", data, spin_norm=spin_norm, virtual_len=virtual_len)
Introduced deepmd_name for spins and magnetic forces. Corrected the naming of the output spin and magnetic force files in the deepmd/npy format.
