π My Main Project: FigureYa
FigureYa is a comprehensive biomedical data visualization framework providing 300+ standardized R Markdown templates for creating scientific figures. It is designed to empower researchers in genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and clinical studies.
- Reproducible Science: Built on R Markdown to ensure every analysis is transparent and repeatable.
- Self-Contained Modules: Each of the 300+ modules is independent, with automatic dependency installation.
- Standardized Inputs: Easily use your own data with the provided
easy_input_*.csvtemplates. - Publication-Ready: Generates high-quality vector graphics (PDF) and interactive HTML reports.
- Bilingual Documentation: Supports both English and Chinese to benefit a global community.
The project is a testament to my belief in open science and the power of well-documented, reusable code.
- Expanding the FigureYa library with more analysis modules.
- Improving the framework's automation and user experience.
- Exploring new visualization techniques in bioinformatics.
- Primary Languages: R (with R Markdown, ggplot2, Bioconductor), Python
- Web Technologies: HTML, JavaScript
- Automation: GitHub Actions
- Tools: Cursor, VS Code, Git
