As suggested in bombayworks/zendframework1#8.
A separate repository might be required in case the used scripts to 'extract' the optimized source from the official repository do not support this approach...
The composer.json needed to be changed since the 'self.version' would look for versions 'dev-patch-translation-resournces' of the dependencies.
