Software stm32flash

stm32flash is an open source tool that is able to flash SMT32F MCUs with their built-in boot loader, using the serial interface. The Ell-i has currently its own, slightly modified version of the tool. The Ell-i version supports flashing SMT32F0 series MCUs.
