Update tenv image - Connect fix

Description

• Updated TENV image
• Added new THP credential that matches the image
• Added delays to trezor-user-env-link to mitigate Fix tenv/emu sync issue on older models #23270
• Add missing polyfill to karma
• Payment request buffer issue
• Fix button requests for Ripple and EOS in Connect popup
• Split authenticateDevice for T3W1 (Tropic) and others (Optiga)

Follow-ups:

• authenticateDevice.test broken - "Bad TBS Certificate"
  • probably ok on our side, must be fixed in FW / user-env (related Slack thread)
• remove old THP credentials if not needed
• suite-native - IMO unrelated problems
